Survived by her loving and devoted children, Jimmy (Jonette), Lisa and Dan Affeldt, and Anthony; grandchildren, Cullin, Isabelle, Thomas and Noah Affeldt, and many dear friends and family. Katy passed away quietly, lovingly surrounded by her family. Kathy was especially proud of the positive influence she had on many of her students who went out of their way to thank her long after they had graduated and simply ran into her around town.
